Exsisting Homes Sales Surge in NorthEast by 21.1%

Regionally, existing-home sales in the Northeast surged 21.1 percent to an annual level of 1.09 million in April and are 41.6 percent higher than a year ago. The median price in the Northeast was $243,000, up 2.1 percent from April 2009. Read the Whole Story Here!
